Reports that some companies are backing out of their advertising on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News Channel program has met with some backlash from consumers of their products and services.

TIP JAR Options. Thank you for supporting Independent Journalism

“We cannot and will not allow voices to be censored by agenda-driven intimidation efforts,” said Jack Abernethy, a co-president of the 21st Century Fox-owned cable outlet, in a statement. “We look forward to having Laura Ingraham back hosting her program next Monday when she returns from spring vacation with her children.”

Americans are fed up with progressive liberal politics and the Washington establishment. Liberal media continue their attempts to sabotage President Donald J. Trump, but have been facing serious repercussions to their socialist-run endeavors. Recent debacles by Kathy Griffin, USAA, ESPN, the NFL, CBS Evening News and Hollywood have backfired, causing real blows to these enterprises.

Recently The Washington Times quoted Los Angeles civil right advocate Ted Hayes speaking about the media: “It’s good for them to recognize that they can no longer be the Pantheon of Gods of the First Amendment.”

“They keep talking about their First Amendment, but what about our First Amendment? They are abusing the First Amendment,” Hayes, also an advocate for the homeless, said. “I think what Donald Trump is doing is teaching them a lesson. All other politicians should learn the same thing from him.”

Susan Rice joins Netflix. (NL)

Recently added businesses to the boycott list against liberal agendas include Netflix, which is hiring Obama’s former national security adviser and U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice on their Board of Birectors.  Tom Fitton, the president of the watchdog group Judicial Watch, said on Twitter Wednesday, “Netflix doubles down in support of Obama corruption — compromised Susan Rice, who lied repeatedly on both Benghazi and the unmasking issue joins its Board of Directors.”

Companies taking their advertising off the Laura Ingraham program include:

Progressive Insurance CEO supported ultra-liberal causes. (NL)

Peter Lewis, the chairman of Progressive Insurance died in 2013 and also served as their CEO for 35 years. At the time of this death, Forbes estimates that Peter Lewis’s net worth was $1.3 billion. During his life, Lewis used his wealth to support progressive causes, including the American Civil Liberties Union. Between 2001 to 2003 he donated $15 million to ACLU.

“Peter Lewis is the Chairman of Progressive Insurance Companies and outside of George Soros, he may be the biggest liberal sugar daddy on the block,” wrote TownHall.com. “This former close friend of Ted Kennedy has poured tens of millions of dollars into the ACLU, America Coming Together, and MoveOn, among other liberal causes. So, why not get your auto insurance from a company that isn’t working to destroy the American way of life?”

When it came to senior services, TownHall also commented:

“AARP: Despite the fact that its membership opposed Obamacare because it would destroy our healthcare system, the AARP supported that abomination because it is going to make a killing marketing insurance under the bill. It’s also doing more than any other organization to block entitlement reform, which is making it practically impossible to keep America from sliding into bankruptcy. On top of all that, AARP is a left-wing organization that has backed gun control and Planned Parenthood while fighting against a Balanced Budget Amendment. You might as well just give your money directly to the Democrat Party as to the AARP.”

Below is a list of Hollywood stars and other entertainers many movie goers and music fans are boycotting because of their outspoken liberal views.

Hollywood Hypocrisy (NL)

Hollywood liberals love to voice their political opinions as if they relate to the everyday, average American. They hold themselves on an elite level, and act like we worship them. While many people are starstruck by celebrities, they only exist because of us. Once we turn off our televisions, boycott their movies, or not attend their performances, they cease to exist.
